WARRANTY AND RETURNS SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Prior to shipping your product back to us, please contact the RMA Dept. or call us at 604-870-0262 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA Number is required to be written on the exterior of the box. This number is for tracking purposes only. RMA’s not received within 30 days will be rejected and you must call for a new RMA number. Packages must be pre-paid. Collect shipments are always rejected.

OUT OF STANDARD WARRANTY
If the item is still under the manufacturer warranty period but over our covered warranty period, we may ship it out to the manufacturer on your behalf for $20 Handling Plus Shipping Costs.
