Rules:
- Competitor must have a retail location in British Columbia or Alberta, and an eCommerce site.
- Competitor must have the item in stock.
- We must have the item in stock at one of our retail or warehouse locations.
- We do not price match against services.
- Prices must be matched before the item is ordered.
- Price matches expire 4 days after they are approved.
How To Price Match:
Once you are logged in to your account, browse to the product you would like to price match and then follow the steps below:
- Click on the "Request Price Match" link on the left underneath the Add To Cart button. (If the item is not eligable, this will not be displayed.)
- Provide us a link to the product at a competitor' website.
- The product page will now show "Your Price Match Request is pending".
- Once the price match request is approved, it will display "Your Price Match Request Was Approved".
You will now be able to add the product to your shopping cart, and the matched price will be honored upon checkout.
Please note that it usually takes 1 business day for price match requests to be approved.
